- First I pass the cakes through the rondo.
- Then I melt the cream and chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Pour the melted chocolate and cream mixture over the tarts. I optionally add hazelnuts, peanuts and lemon zest, mix it with a spoon and put it in the fridge.
- When the consistency can be made into balls by hand, I take it out of the fridge and roll it into small round balls and search for cocoa or caramel.
- Then we eat it with pleasure. We like the cocoa cutlery better as a family, but the choice is yours. Enjoy your meal.
