How to make the stuffed peppers recipe?
The caps are removed from the peppers and the interior is emptied. Wash and pass to the strainer to drain the water. Pour oil into the pan and lightly fry the chopped onion. Add enough hot water to cover half of the filling, close the lid, and put on the stove over medium heat. The peppers and rice are cooked until cooked.
