1. Eggs and sugar 5 minutes. Beat continuously with a mixer.
2. Sift the starch and yeast and add it.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees in a 30 cm mold or cake pan until the surface is golden.
4. You can do 3 layers, it swells very well.

Note: if the starch is 200 grams, you can add two tablespoons of flour to it.
