Hello friends, I found this chiron that I ate at a friend’s house from Elazig and I immediately bought it from the baker yufka 🙂
First of all, boil the chicken breast and add salt. Strain, pour the siron into the boiling chicken broth, and after stirring for a few minutes, transfer to the serving dish and arrange the chickens on all sides. Pour in the garlic yogurt and burn the chilli in oil and pour over the yogurt.
