First cook the aubergine and the pepper. The pepper does not need much boiling, but we are going to boil the eggplant well. While they cook, prepare the filling. Wash the rice well. Then chop the onion, garlic, parsley and dill. Then add tomato paste and spices. Squeeze and mix well. Drain the aubergines and boiled peppers and fill them when they have cooled down a bit. I cooked them both in the same pot. And after I added the sauce, I cooked it over medium heat. Enjoy your meal.
