1. After sorting and cleaning our zucchini, we cut them into large slices and put them in our pot.
2. After pouring in the sugar and water, bake over low heat for about 1 hour. (We bake the pot with the lid open at first so it doesn’t get sweet, we can close the pot after about 5-10 minutes)
3. Pour over with coconut and serve.
