It is chopped like the salty ones sold in pastry shops and it is something else when accompanied by olives. Everyone really liked it, so I imagined the making process and said that if it was good, I would add the recipe. Now is the time to add. For some reason we love everything that has olives, a delicious cookie recipe for olive lovers like us ☺☺
We take all the necessary ingredients for the dough (except yeast and flour) in the bucket of our mixer and mix them, then add the flour and yeast and we have a smooth dough.
We put the dough on the film that we spread on the table. Cover the dough again with a stretcher and stretch it well, neither too thin nor too thick. Then we cut it with a normal glass of water, we put several olives inside and we close it in the shape of a half moon as a pastry. My line on the baking sheet that we lined with parchment paper comes out in a disk and a half. Brush with an egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds and black cumin. Take to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
After cooling it is ready to serve.
