First, we boil our pasta. Draining the boiled pasta, we separate a glass of water from its water. (You can split more if you want.) Then we put the peppers that we cut into small pieces in the pan and fry them, remove the skin that is about to brown and add the chopped tomatoes and cook a little more and then add the water from the pasta that we have reserved and cook a little more. Finally we add our spices and finally the garlic. Put the boiled pasta on top of the sauce, cook it a little and serve it 🙂 Bon appetit.
