How to make ravioli with meat?
We make a deposit with flour in the middle of a deep container. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and knead adding a little water a little at a time until you make a hard dough. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, slightly thicker than the puff pastry, on the dough plate. Cut into small squares with a knife. Put the minced meat and onion on the pieces of dough and close them like a package. Do this for the entire dough. In a large, deep pot, open the ravioli in boiling water and cook. Drain after cooking. Add garlic yogurt and an oil-roasted mint sauce and enjoy.
