First beat the eggs and sugar over low heat, and then over high heat. After adding the flour, baking powder and vanilla, beat it a little more and spread it in the molds. Take to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. (I cooked it too long. When it swells, take it out of the oven immediately. Its shape is better. But the taste is still very good 🙂
After the cakes have cooled, we decorate them. I melted the chocolate in a bain-marie and poured it over the cakes so it wouldn’t overflow. I attached the decorations before the chocolate froze, so when the chocolate froze my decorations were fixed 🙂
