1. We put our figs in a bowl, pour hot water over them and wait for them to soften for 10 minutes.
2. Then drain the water and pass it through the rondo. I didn’t want it to be too small, because I wanted the figs to get in my mouth, so I didn’t go over the rondo.
3. Then, we put our milk, sugar and starch in the pot and mix until it takes on the texture of pudding.
4. When it starts to thicken, add our margarine, figs and vanilla, mix for 1 minute and turn off the heat.
5. Let’s divide our fig dessert into our bowls and you can decorate them with hazelnuts or walnuts. I preferred the pot as a serve, which bowls you want to serve is up to you. ????
