- Clean the quinces, cut them in half and reserve the seeds. Arrange the quinces in the pot that we are going to bake so that the hollow part is on top.
- Put 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar per quince towards the bones. Add our water to our pot (put food coloring or quince seeds in the hollow part) and cook over low heat with the pot lid closed.
