  1. First of all, the margarine is melted in a saucepan.

  4. Add the sugar and vanilla to the mixture, which is smooth, and simmer, stirring, until it boils. You have to persevere, it ends well.
  5. At this stage, after baking for a while, I added vanilla and close to baking I added lemon zest.
  6. The boiling pudding is reserved. Before that, two packets of cocoa powder cookies are rolled into the rondo, not too much flour and not too tight.
  7. At the base of the container covered with parchment paper, put biscuits and mix the pudding and pour it with a saucepan.
  8. At this stage, the cream is evenly distributed so that the cookies do not rise from the bottom while spreading.
  9. Finally, we put all this in the fridge and when it cools down we cut with a knife, walnuts, hazelnuts, coconuts whatever we want, wrap and eat :).
