How to make a classic Anane Revanisi recipe?
At first we prepare the syrup in advance, and then let it cool. When the syrup begins to boil, squeeze 2-3 drops of lemon. (We do not boil the syrup for a long time, it is enough to beat 1-2 times)
For the sponge cake, beat the eggs and sugar for about 8-10 minutes until they turn white and foamy. Then add the flour and continue mixing. When the mixture is complete, add the yogurt, semolina and yeast and mix again. Finally, we added the vanilla and poured it into my oiled debt. Bake at 170*C for about 35-40 minutes on low heat and in the oven ventilation. (May vary depending on the type of oven). When it’s dirty, we take out my debt and cut the cake, and you can even put a knife in each slice. (so that the syrup permeates every part of it). Pour the cold syrup over the hot cake, starting from the middle and pouring over it. Now that your dessert is ready, you can let it cool. Bon appetit 🙂
