We take the ingredients I wrote for the chicken sauce in the pan and sauté them in the order written. When all the ingredients are cooked, close the bottom of the pot and let it cool.
For pancakes in a separate bowl, first mix the yeast and warm water. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix with a whisk. We bake our pancakes in a refractory skillet.
Put enough amount of chicken sauce on the pancakes and wrap them. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and bake until cheddar cheese is melted. Ready to serve. Enjoy your meal
