How to make the baked heart with lung recipe?
I boiled the heart, whites and liver which I put in the freezer on Eid al-Adha. Then I made more hot water again, put those pieces in it, boiled it again, put it in a bowl, added salt, olive oil and other herbs and mixed it. I cooked it at 200 degrees with a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
