When the aubergines that we put in the boiling water soften, we take them out of the water, put the oats and the rice that we have washed in a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix and fill the aubergines up to half, press it with our hands, we close them and spread them in the pressure cooker (I put tablespoons in the bottom of the pot, usually so it doesn’t stick to the bottom) after turning off the whistle. We keep it for 20-25 minutes, enjoy.
